Shipping Policy

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Orders ship out within 1–2 business days of being placed. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
U.S. orders are shipped via USPS & FedEx, and international orders are shipped from the fulfillment center closest to you.
Most orders are delivered within 4–7 days after shipping.
Circumstances outside of our control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc.) may occasionally cause delays. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date; once shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking becomes available once your product has shipped. If you need help tracking your order, you can do so here.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You can cancel your order with no penalty within 24 hours of placing it. Simply email customers@woodaha.com with the subject line "CANCEL". If the item has already shipped, please contact us and we will do our best to help.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, reply to your order confirmation email or notify us immediately at customers@woodaha.com. We can correct the address within 24 hours of your order being placed.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, a small number of packages may be mistreated in transit. If this happens to you, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. Once received, we'll be happy to send a replacement free of charge.

Helpful hints:
1. Local carriers usually deliver on workdays (Mon–Fri). To ensure safe delivery, it is best to choose a shipping address where you can receive packages on workdays, and to keep your phone reachable around the estimated time of arrival, as the carrier may contact you by phone.
2. Our shipping service may require a signature for successful delivery. Please make sure you or an authorized person is available at the shipping address. Once a package has been delivered with a signature on file, we cannot take responsibility if it is subsequently lost or stolen.

The following costs are borne by the buyer:
1. Any customs duties or import taxes that arise in the recipient's country.
2. Additional costs caused by the buyer delaying delivery or modifying the address.
3. Costs arising from the buyer cancelling an order mid-shipment or returning the goods for personal reasons.
